About Megan Galloway
Hi, I’m Megan. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, supervised by Cyla Fisk, LMFT. I’m a mother of two, an introvert, and a highly sensitive person. My own healing journey has shaped the way I show up as a therapist, with empathy, connection, and deep respect for the complexity of each person’s experience. I know how overwhelming it can feel to carry invisible pain, especially when you’re moving through the world trying to hold everything together.
I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s most tender and transformative seasons. Whether you're facing grief, trauma, parenting struggles, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I’m here to offer a steady, compassionate presence as you find your way forward.
Many of my clients identify as women, mothers, and couples navigating the complexities of life, relationships, and personal growth. I specialize in maternal mental health, infertility and IVF support, developmental and reproductive trauma, parenting challenges, grief, life transitions, and highly sensitive people.

Therapy is a way to connect with your inner wisdom and to find your own path to healing.

Clinical Focus
I see you as a whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and I honor the ways your past continues to shape your present. My work integrates EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy to support healing on both an emotional and nervous system level. I also draw from attachment theory and somatic approaches to help uncover how early experiences may be influencing your current patterns and emotional life.
Whether we’re gently processing trauma, exploring your inner parts, or working through relational dynamics, our work will move at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I tailor each session to meet you where you are. Some days may be about deep inner work, while others might be about creating space to breathe and reconnect with yourself. Through it all, I aim to show up as a grounded, curious, and compassionate guide helping you move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and wholeness.
